2008 Ohio Conference Annual Gathering

1.  Methodist Theological School in Ohio Lunch
     Monday, June 9, Noon - 1:30 pm. 

If you are an alum or a prospective student, come to lunch in the Gallery (inside Hoernemann Refectory) and hear about what is going on at MTSO.  Rev. Leslie Carole Taylor, Director of Student Life and UCC Minister-in-Residence, will bring greetings and news you can use.  Come and hear about your seminary and let us hear about you!

There is no additional charge for this lunch; simply register for Monday lunch on your Annual Gathering registration form, go through the cafeteria line and take your lunch to the meeting room.

2.  Coalition for LGBT Concerns, Ohio Chapter
     Lunch on Monday, June 9, Noon to 1:30 p.m.

Members and friends are invited to have lunch together and share news about Coalition activities.

There is no additional charge for this lunch; simply register for Monday lunch on your Annual Gathering registration form.  The group will eat together in the Aramark Room, inside Hoernemann Refectory.  Go through the cafeteria line and take your lunch to the meeting room.

Wellness Screenings

Individualized health screenings, part of the myhealthIQ enhanced health and wellness program offered to participants in the (non-Medicare) UCC Health Plan, will be offered on Monday morning, June 9, 7 - 11 a.m.

Representatives of the Pension Boards will be in attendance to provide the screenings for those wishing to participate in myhealthIQ. Gathering for Clergy New to the Ohio Conference

On Sunday, June 8, from 4 - 5 pm, clergy who are new to the Conference are invited to get together with Association and Conference staff members for some informal hospitality, conversation and orientation. Invitations have gone out to all clergy new to the Conference in the last two years.  If you are new and have not received yours by May 16, please email us.  We'd like to include you!
