Healthy Stewards: Healthy Leadership for Healthy Churches

To help you on your path to a healthier you, the UCC (Non- Medicare) Health Plan will be offering confidential and voluntary wellness screenings to all 2008 myhealthIQ participants and to new Plan participants. Individual wellness screenings will be provided at your Conference Annual Gathering held at Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware, Ohio, from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2009.

***  The exam should take only 12 minutes of your time.  ***

Gathering for Authorized Ministers & Seminarians New to the Ohio Conference

On Friday, July 24, from 10:30 to Noon, all authorized ministers, seminarians and in-care students who are new to the Conference are invited to get together with Association and Conference staff members for some informal hospitality, refreshments, conversation and orientation. 

Come and get to know others new to the Conference, meet our Conference and Association Ministers, and have your questions answered.  If you have joined the Conference during the last year or two, please join us.

Annual Gathering 101 – Orientation for First-Time Annual Gathering Participants

Friday, July 24, 6:00 p.m.   Is this your first — or second — year at the Annual Gathering?  Do you feel "out of the loop"?  We’d like to help you feel at home within the Gathering. Join experienced Annual Gathering planner and Eastern Ohio Association staff member, Rich Plant, to find out what it’s all about. You’ll pick up your cookout food and get together in the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center for an informal discussion. Bring your questions; make connections with other "newbies" and with some folks who have attended many Annual Gatherings.  No pre-registration necessary.
