Special Needs Information Special needs can be indicated on the online Activity Questionnaire or on the paper registration form. Please let us know the arrangements needed so that you may participate fully in the Annual Gathering. We will make every effort to make the arrangements you need. Dietary Please indicate on your registration form if you need vegetarian, sugar-free or other dietary options, and we will make every attempt to accommodate them. Handicap Accessibility/Mobility The buildings we will use for the 2010 Annual Gathering are handicap accessible and are located close to each other. Accessible rooms are available in both residence halls. Please request your room in advance. Van transportation will be available on campus for those who request it. Please help us provide better assistance to all who want it by requesting transportation in advance. Handicap accessible parking spaces are located close to each of the buildings we will use. American Sign Language Interpreter Please indicate on the registration form if you will need an American Sign Language interpreter, or send an email to pamb@ocucc.org with your request. We will be happy to arrange for an interpreter if we have your request by May 15. Personal Sound Amplification Hearing assist devices will be available in Seiberling gymnasium for your use. Child Care Child care will be available for children ages 1 – 5. The room will be open and staffed during the times below if we have advance requests (deadline: May 15) to provide child care at those times. Child care hours Friday: 10:00 a.m. – Noon, 1:00 – 5:00 p.m., 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm Snacks will be provided, but parents will be responsible for picking up their children at meal times and providing their meals. Please bring any supplies your child will need. Absolute deadline for requesting child care is May 15, 2010. We cannot guarantee the availability of child care for late registrants. Please indicate on the registration form that you need child care. You will be contacted for further information.
