The Board of Directors of Ohio Conference, the five Association leadership bodies, and the staff of Ohio Conference wish to know how you view the proposed changes to the Ohio Conference. 

Annual Gathering participants discussed the model, asked questions, offered opinions, and had the opportunity to complete the response form below.  If you were not able to attend the Annual Gathering, we would like to hear from you.  

We would appreciate your taking the time to respond personally by:

2.   Adding any comments you may prefer the leaders of Ohio Conference consider

      as we move forward.

The tabulations of responses will be shared at the next Leaders’ Forum meeting on August 5 and will be printed in the Ohio Conference fall edition of United Church News and placed on this site. 

The Ohio Conference Board of Directors will consider this Model to have support if there are more responses indicating a degree of agreement than those indicating disagreement.
